Did my workout on my own this morning since I can't make it to the 5pm group workout as I will be going to a pool party with the young men and young women in my ward.

20 minute warm-up, stretching, strides

5X4 minutes in 5:55, 5:45, 5:43, 5:46, 5:47 pace w/2 min jog in between each

4X1 minute in 5:31, 5:26, 5:12, 5:27 pace w/1 min jog in between each

25 minute cool down

Now I'm off to mow the lawn and do some weeding.

I'm impressed that you did that workout and then you're going to do yard work besides. Maybe I'm getting spoiled having teenage sons who will mow the lawn (for a price).

I really have no idea what "happens when young men and young women swim together" either. I can tell you we all had a lot of fun though.

Carolyn was right, they did behave very appropriately. This particular group has a very solid moral compass.

i was just going to say that the supervisor's will get hit with water balloons if they turn around for one minute. if you're gone for longer than that, they break out the water guns. i feel that allie already knew this, since she was a bit mischievous growing up. i bet she was the water gun ringleader.

Oh WATER FIGHT. Of course! How sad no one started one. I totally remember some sweet water fights when I was younger.
