18 miles in 7:37 pace

Ran with Aaron's 22oz hand held water bottle this morning and punched myself in the face once when I was trying to drink while running.  Its pretty heavy and annoying when its full.  I think I'll buy a strap for one of my little 10oz fuel belt water bottles since I can fill up at two different spots on my long run course anyway.

Oh ouchie! Nice long run and pace! I find a bottle that large to be a little unwieldy as well!

Great job on the 18! I like the part when you punched yourself in the face.

I hope you didn't hurt yourself too badly.
