While I was out running this morning, I kept thinking about how people were running the Boston Marathon at the same time. I need to check in on it.

Nice run this morning. Isn't the weather great today?

The end of the women's race was pretty exciting--I saw it just before leaving for work!

Nice job on the pull-ups and everything. You need to Youtube yourself doing sit-ups so that I can see if I'm doing them right.

Carolyn-Yeah, the weather WAS great. I took the kids to the park for a while too.

April-Oh that finish was INTENSE. I was so nervous for the lead woman. With a mile to go I was certain she would be caught because her form was all twisty and painful looking. I was so happy for her when she held on by 4 seconds though.

Burt-No thank you. I'm telling you, its just a slow crunch....bar. Not a Hershey squirty one.

Yeah she was looking rough, talk about gutting it out through some pain.
