Nice run, Nan! Are you back in your house?

I'm glad I don't run in Boulder. I'd be really intimidated seeing you Running Republic people working out.

I've heard of Colleen De Reuck but I don't think I'd recognize her. Maybe that's because I don't live in Boulder.

Are you running the Bolder Boulder in the A wave or with the elites? I could have gotten into one of the B waves, but I'm skipping it this year because it's 5 days before my marathon.

I like that workout. Do you have a set recovery between the pushes or do you take turns leading or how does it work between the surges? That still just blows my mind that you get to kick it with some world class athletes!

Scott-Sweet! Bolder Boulder here you come!

Melody-Yes we are home. We just had to stay one extra night away from home at our friends house. Thank goodness for good friends.

Carolyn-A wave. Along with Scott and a bunch of my teammates. The pro race is out of my league, but its fun to watch on TV! Good call not racing all out 5 days before your marathon.

April-Our recovery was 1-2 minutes of jogging between each push. Yeah, its pretty inspiring to rub shoulders with greatness.
