Easy 9 around countryside subdivision.  7:29 ave.

There was a violent hail storm for about 15 minutes last night around 10 p.m.  We still have a big pile of hail in our front walkway from pouring off the roof.  I saw 5 dead birds on the sidewalks this morning.  Poor birdies.  :(

I'm going to check out a new gym this morning, Ballys.  It is actually closer than City Park Fitness Center where I've been going.  My friend Lindsey said its pretty good and the child care rates are great...only $5/month per kid.  That is unbeatable!

Thanks for your comments on my blog Nan, yeah Im always poking fun at Burt LOL.....

Yeah my training plan involves easy weeks of no more than 35 miles and I do blocks of 3 weeks hard with long runs and gradually built the mileage up to on each week... I am on an easy week this week then its another 3 week block of hard stuff.... thanks I have a few long runs yet working upto 25 I think! Great running not nice to hear of the dead birdies though, must have gotten caught in the storm :)
