13 minute cool down

Felt okay this morning.  Not great, just okay.  Just not super motivated to kill the pace I guess. My right glut got a little tight on the final few intervals.  I'll get the tennis ball and work it out.

My almost two year old is saying some pretty cute words lately. My three favorites are "elfanant" (for elephant), "popical" (for popsicle) and "walla" (for flower).  Two years old is so dang cute.

Our toddler is 23 months, will turn two at the end of July. I agree that the "words" are hilarious and adorable. His favorite thing now is to count from one to ten, although he calls 1 "three" for some reason.

It's a good thing they're cute.

Nice workout Nan! Those two's are cute, it is the three's that are tricky!
