Legs felt pretty tired this morning.  Went in for some ART on my lower legs and left hip.  Richey says its actually my bursa, not achilles tendon that is inflamed.  I iced afterwards.  Aaron also did some trigger point massage on my legs as we watched a few shows on nbc.com.  TV is such a waste of time.  At least we were spending it together though (and I was getting some much needed muscle work done on my legs).  30 Rock is hilarious.

Yeah . . .speaking of wasting time ... I did abs and lifted while watching America's Next Top Model. I think I lost a few brain cells in the process.

I don't even have a tv... and don't miss it.

Emily-At least you were exercising, so it wasn't actually wasting time per se. But I can see how a Modeling show might kill brain cells.

Jon-Good call. We don't have cable TV, just a projector with our computer connected to it so we can watch movies and the kids can watch Dora and Backyardigans on Netflix, which is more than enough screen time for us.

Jon-BTW, how's your achilles doing?

I agree, 30 Rock is hilarious. And Top Model is icky.

How do you like the ART? Do you find it helpful? I have heard positive reports about it and the trigger point massage.
