Legs felt good.  Did some strides after a few miles. Gorgeous 38 degree weather.

P.M. 4.5 miles in 7:19 pace

Dark, peaceful, and slightly creepy at times.  I need to get out the door for that second run before 4 p.m. so I don't have to take my headlamp.

just embrace the creepy feeling by running creepily (hunch over, hobble, drag one foot, etc). this will ensure that the real creeps leave you alone.

nice double.
