A.M. Met Matt and Katie B. at Fairview track.  20 min. warm up, stretching, strides.

Coach D. timed us for 4X (800M w/1 min rest, 2400M w/3 min. rest)

My times were

1) 2:48/8:46
2) 2:43/8:38
3) 2:40/8:25
4) 2:36/8:09

For those of you (myself included) who think that looks like a bunch of meaningless numbers, basically my half mile intervals started at 5:36 pace and progressed to 5:12 pace and my 1.5 mile intervals started out at 5:50 pace and progressed to 5:26 pace.  I ended up with 8 miles of interval running and 13 miles total for the morning.  And I was tired.

P.M. 4 miles in 7:21 pace.  Tired.

I was running the other day and my shoulder started to feel funny. How is yours? Any surprise dislocations lately?
