30 minutes on the stair-stepper, 20 minutes of dynamic stretching drills (lunges and skipping forwards, backwards, and sideways plus single leg squats and a bunch of leg raises.) 30 minutes of weight lifting.

My baby was really sad by the time I got back to the child care to pick the kids up.  She's sleeping now.  Poor girl, she was up twice last night puking.  Must have been something she ate?  Three loads of laundry later, I think she's feeling better.

I'm headed in for some more ART today, hoping to start feeling some improvement.  My hip has been pretty much in the same weakened injured state since last week.  No worse, no better.

Those exercises sound like great hip strengtheners to me. Hope the ART visit goes well and improvement quickly follows.

Sorry to hear about puking kids - YUCK!

The stair stepper always kicks my tail. It's one of the few things at the gym (besides the tread mill) that works me as hard as running - it will definitely keep you in shape!

Good luck this afternoon!

Great cross training, and sorry about the sick baby.

Who's your ART guy? I wonder if my ART guy knows him.

Hey way to go with xtraining, I know swimming never used to be my thing either but I learnt to swim proper by watching and listening to my sons coach's at his swimming club and I love crawl swimming now it gives me a good workout lungs wise and the water seems to massage the muscles but hey I dont swim unless I am injured no time ! :-)

You make your baby do laundry?
