I could have done a recovery run this morning....OR....this:

I couldn't resist. I am SO grateful to live a mile from the beautiful Corner Canyon. My mountain bike was happy to get a little mileage there today.

11 miles up Clark's Trail, down Rush, up Ghost Falls, back down Rush.

beautiful. i worked pretty close to CC and every now and then i would head up there after work to decompress. sometimes i would run, but mostly i would just wander and take in the views. on the laziest and/or coldest of days, i would enjoy the view of the valley from my car. :) awesome that you live so close and can take advantage whenever you want.
