Went to bed pretty early last night but Ali kept waking up and moaning in her bed.  She's been teething, I think.  So my sleep was pretty disrupted, but at least I was in bed for 8 hours.

I was going to try and do some intervals today but after a few miles my legs still didn't feel quite ready, so I decided to wait until tomorrow.  I just didn't want to try and push it hard before my legs are ready.  I think they appreciated more long slow miles.

Nan,

I didn't know you were on the blog! I have some cousins that live in Westminster (Savage). I also didn't know that Hugh Evans was related to you, funny guy!

Good luck with your training for TOU.

Poor baby. Not you. Ali.

James! HI there! I didn't know that you were on the blog either! I totally remember you from BYU CC camp! Yeah, my Uncle Hugh is a riot eh? I guess you know him since your runner is going to UVU? And didn't he used to coach at Riverton too? Did you coach with him? It looks like you're having a lot of fun coaching those kids! Keep up the great work!

Oh, and I don't know any Savages, but I am actually in the Arvada Stake, so we may not be in the same area.

Yes, good old BYU CC camp! That was fun! Now I do my own camps, one in Lava Hots Springs and Top of Utah that USU started sponsoring this year, they are a lot of fun!

I never coached with your uncle, but yes he was at Riverton a couple years before I came. I have had four of my runners go to run at UVU in the last two years so that is how I know him mostly. I do have fun with my kids, too much sometimes!:) I can't believe you have three kids and have time to train for a marathon. Very impressive!
