Nice and easy, cool run this morning.  Did some foam roller, foot intrinsic exercises, core work, push ups, and pull ups afterwards.

Thursday is normally my long run day but I'm postponing it until Monday in conjunction with my race so as to save my legs.

Michelle was pretty close to a palindrome there, just needed to drop the h and she would have nailed it.

"Son, I am able" she said, "though you scare me". "Watch" said I, "Beloved" I said. "Watch me scare you though" said she. "Able am I son."

Any palindromers out there think they can beat that one? Good luck.

My professional registration number is 45654. That's all I got. But what an awesome number, huh? I just lay my fingers across the middle row of the number pad, roll my fingers to the right, and then back to the left. Best number ever!
