10 miles easy around Countryside

2 miles warm up, stretching, 7X25 second strides, 7 more miles.  Total ave pace was 7:37

Today was a morning of smells.  Lots of people doing their laundry.  Fresh clean clothes smell entered my nostrils many times.  Someone cooking bacon.  Sometimes I think smelling bacon cooking is more yummy than eating bacon.  And there are no gut side-effects.  Running past the middle-schoolers walking to school I got a wiff of various cologne and perfume smells.  And then in the final mile I smelled bus breaks burning up.  That school bus must have just gotten new breaks or something because it was fragrant.

Now I'm off to the gym to lift weights and do some core work.

I got a whiff of some restaurant this morning, and I just didn't want to smell cooking that early in the morning yet. What I liked most was the smell of the moist air from the rain we got last night.

Your nose seems to be on overdrive. Are you sure you're not pregnant?

I often smell bacon on my mornings runs because I often pass an IHOP.

One year my wife and I were going to go to this fancy restaraunt for Valentine's Day, but they jacked their prices up. So we left and went to IHOP. lol.

serious overdrive, I ran the same loop and didn't smell even one of those things. I guess I am a guy, but still. All I smelled was some nasty tar as I passed the guys filling cracks in the street and I couldn't understand how anyone could deal with that smell in their nose all day every day.
